Classroom Attire
The Executive Protection Course requires that attendees wear casual attire (slacks and collared shirt) during the first four days of classes. For the hands-on drills on day five, Vance suggests relaxed attire (jeans and t-shirt). For the practical training scenarios, attendees are required to wear business attire (suit and tie) or business casual (slacks, collared shirt, and jacket). Proper footwear, such as dress shoes, for executive protection assignments should be worn.
For the Protective Driving Course, please bring casual attire (slacks and collared shirt) for the first day of training and relaxed attire (jeans and t-shirts) for the hands-on exercises.
What to Bring
All attendees should bring ample writing and note-taking materials. Students who are able to bring a laptop computer for course work are encouraged to do so. Attendees will be provided with program materials upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, you must notify Vance Education and Training in writing at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the start of the course. Vance will refund your fee by check within 10 business days, upon receipt of the written request. Vance will refund your free by credit card within 7 business days upon receipt of the written request.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the course start date are not refundable. Fees, however, may be applied to future training courses. Contact Vance for details.
No refunds are available for cancellations made by "no shows."
Accommodations
Upon receipt of a completed application and payment in full, Vance will send you a letter by mail within two weeks from the start date of the course, confirming your space and including course details, travel, hotel, and transfer recommendations. If you do not receive a confirmation letter within 2 weeks, please call us.
