Course Information

Complete the registration form below and submit one form per applicant. Include a purchase order, credit card information, or indicate if you will be paying by check. Checks are payable to Vance for the appropriate fee. All fees are required in U.S. dollars, payable by a U.S. bank.

The registration fee covers only courses costs (classroom, field exercises, and manuals), not travel, lodging, or personal expenses. Registration fees must be paid in full 30 (thirty) days in advance of any course. Vance cannot guarantee space for applications received less than 30 days prior to any course. To request enrollment less than 30 days prior to the start date, please call us at (800) 627-8089.
